איננו אוספים: מידע מזהה אישי, מיקום, אנשי קשר, תמונות (אלא אם הועלו באופן ידני), או כל מידע ממכשירך ללא הסכמתך.

3. שילוב עם Apple HealthKit

חלק מאפליקציות הבריאות והכושר שלנו עשויות להשתלב עם Apple HealthKit כדי לקרוא או לכתוב נתוני בריאות (כגון צעדים, קלוריות, משקל, פעילות גופנית).

• גישה ל-HealthKit היא אופציונלית לחלוטין ודורשת את הרשאתך המפורשת.

7. אנליטיקה ומעקב

איננו משתמשים בכלי אנליטיקה של צדדים שלישיים. איננו משתמשים ב-Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, או כל כלי מעקב אחר של צד שלישי. האפליקציות שלנו אינן מכילות פרסומות.

8. מחיקת מידע

אתה יכול למחוק את כל המידע שלך בכל עת דרך מסך ההגדרות באפליקציה (איפוס נתונים), או על ידי מחיקת האפליקציה מהמכשיר. מכיוון שכל הנתונים מאוחסנים מקומית, מחיקת האפליקציה מוחקת את כל הנתונים לצמיתות.

9. אבטחה

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to all applications developed and published by Ofir Apps ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that personal information is handled responsibly and securely.

2. What Information Do We Collect?

Our apps only collect information you manually enter. Depending on the specific app, this may include:

• Health & fitness data: Menstrual cycle, symptoms, physical activity, weight, nutrition, fasting, sleep, health metrics, headaches/migraines, and tinnitus.
• Financial data: Budgets, expenses, income, subscriptions, invoices, and net worth assets (all manually entered, no bank account connections).
• Productivity data: Habits, tasks, focus times, and daily affirmations.
• App preferences: Settings, themes, and preferred language.

We do NOT collect: Personal identifying information, location, contacts, photos (unless manually uploaded), or any information from your device without your consent.

3. Apple HealthKit Integration

Some of our health and fitness apps may integrate with Apple HealthKit to read or write health data (such as steps, calories, weight, workouts).

• HealthKit access is entirely optional and requires your explicit permission.
• HealthKit data is never sent to external servers, never used for advertising, and never sold to third parties.
• HealthKit data is used solely within the app for the feature you requested.
• You can revoke HealthKit access at any time via Settings > Privacy > Health on your device.

4. Where Is Data Stored?

All data is stored locally on your device only. We do not operate external servers. We do not send, upload, or share your data with any external server or third party.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some of our apps offer in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions.

• All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or access your payment details (credit card, bank account, etc.).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store settings.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to anyone. Your data belongs to you alone.

7. Analytics & Tracking

We do not use any third-party analytics tools. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any other third-party tracking tools. Our apps do not contain advertisements.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time through the Settings screen in the app (Reset Data), or by deleting the app from your device. Since all data is stored locally, deleting the app permanently deletes all data.

9. Security

Since all data is stored locally, it is protected by your device's security mechanisms (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We do not transmit data over the network, so there is no risk of data interception.

10. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete the information.

11. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not collect personal information on our servers, most GDPR and CCPA requirements are met by design. However, you have the following rights:

• Right to access: All your data is directly available within the app.
• Right to deletion: Delete your data through app settings or by deleting the app.
• Right to portability: Where supported, you can export your data from the app.
• No sale of data: We never sell personal information (CCPA compliant).

12. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes through app updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
