1. קבלת התנאים
תנאי שימוש אלו חלים על כל האפליקציות שפותחו ופורסמו על ידי Ofir Apps. השימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלו. אם אינך מסכים/ה לתנאים, אל תשתמש/י באפליקציה.
2. תיאור השירות
האפליקציות שלנו מספקות כלים למעקב אישי בתחומים הבאים:
בריאות וכושר: מעקב מחזור, כושר, תזונה, צום, שינה, משקל, מיגרנות, טינטון, ועוד.
פיננסים: ניהול תקציב, מעקב מנויים, חשבוניות, שווי נכסים, וחלוקת חשבונות.
כל התוכן באפליקציות הוא אינפורמטיבי בלבד ואינו מהווה ייעוץ מקצועי מכל סוג שהוא.
3. הבהרה רפואית
האפליקציות שלנו אינן מכשירים רפואיים ואינן מאושרות על ידי רשויות רגולטוריות כלשהן. הן אינן מיועדות לאבחון, טיפול, ריפוי, או מניעה של מחלות או מצבים רפואיים.
חישובים, תחזיות, והמלצות הם הערכות בלבד ואין להסתמך עליהם לקבלת החלטות רפואיות. יש להתייעץ תמיד עם רופא או איש מקצוע מוסמך לפני ביצוע שינויים בריאותיים.
4. מנויים ותשלומים
חלק מהתכונות באפליקציות שלנו דורשות מנוי בתשלום.
חידוש אוטומטי: המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית אלא אם בוטל לפחות 24 שעות לפני סיום התקופה הנוכחית.
עיבוד תשלומים: כל התשלומים מעובדים על ידי Apple דרך App Store. איננו מעבדים תשלומים ישירות.
ביטול: ניתן לבטל מנויים דרך הגדרות ה-App Store במכשירך. ביטול נכנס לתוקף בסיום תקופת החיוב הנוכחית.
החזרים: בקשות החזר יש להגיש ישירות ל-Apple דרך reportaproblem.apple.com. איננו יכולים לעבד החזרים ישירות.
5. תקופת ניסיון חינם
חלק מהאפליקציות מציעות תקופת ניסיון חינם (בדרך כלל 7 ימים).
תקופת הניסיון מעניקה גישה מלאה לכל התכונות הפרימיום.
אם לא תבטל/י לפני סיום תקופת הניסיון, המנוי יומר אוטומטית למנוי בתשלום.
תקופת ניסיון חינם מוצעת פעם אחת בלבד לכל חשבון Apple ID.
6. הגבלת אחריות
האפליקציות מסופקות "כפי שהן" (AS IS) ללא כל אחריות מפורשת או משתמעת.
איננו אחראים לנזק ישיר, עקיף, מקרי, מיוחד, או תוצאתי הנובע מהשימוש באפליקציות או מאי היכולת להשתמש בהן.
איננו אחראים לדיוק, שלמות, או אמינות התוכן, החישובים, או ההמלצות המסופקים באפליקציות.
האחריות הכוללת שלנו כלפיך לא תעלה על הסכום ששילמת עבור האפליקציה ב-12 החודשים האחרונים.
7. קניין רוחני
כל התוכן, העיצוב, הקוד, הגרפיקה, הסמלילים, וסימני המסחר הם קניין רוחני של Ofir Apps ומוגנים בחוקי זכויות יוצרים בינלאומיים.
אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ, לשנות, ליצור יצירות נגזרות, או לבצע הנדסה הפוכה של האפליקציות או תוכנן.
ניתנת לך רישיון מוגבל, לא בלעדי, לא ניתן להעברה, לשימוש אישי בלבד באפליקציות.
8. סיום שימוש
אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות להפסיק או לשנות את האפליקציות בכל עת ללא הודעה מוקדמת. במקרה של סיום, כל הזכויות שניתנו לך במסגרת תנאים אלו יפוגו מיד.
9. שינויים בתנאים
אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לעדכן תנאים אלו. שינויים מהותיים יודיעו דרך עדכון האפליקציה. המשך השימוש לאחר שינויים מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
10. הדין החל
תנאים אלו כפופים לחוקי מדינת ישראל. כל מחלוקת תפתר בבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

2. Service Description
Our apps provide tools for personal tracking across the following categories:
Health & fitness: Cycle tracking, fitness, nutrition, fasting, sleep, weight, migraines, tinnitus, and more.
Finance: Budget management, subscription tracking, invoicing, net worth, and bill splitting.
All content in the apps is informational only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
3. Medical & Health Disclaimer
Our apps are not medical devices and are not approved by any regulatory authority. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Calculations, predictions, and recommendations are estimates only and should not be relied upon for making medical decisions. Always consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before making health-related changes.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features in our apps require a paid subscription.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment processing: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments directly.
Cancellation: You can cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds directly.
5. Free Trial Terms
Some apps offer a free trial period (typically 7 days).
The trial provides full access to all premium features.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
A free trial is offered only once per Apple ID.
6. Limitation of Liability
The apps are provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the apps.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content, calculations, or recommendations provided in the apps.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks are the intellectual property of Ofir Apps and are protected by international copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer the apps or their content.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the apps only.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the apps at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through app updates. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
